Lound Hall Care Home is a thirty capacity property set up to suit the needs of older people with care needs, while also being ideal for adults with mental and physical health issues. Home Manager
Chris Harpham Worked in Care Sector for 14 years and managed a wide variety of Nursing and Residential care homes.
His extensive knowledge of care, compliance and quality ensures that all our residents at Lound Hall receive the bed possible care. Chris is passionate about making every moment matter and enable residents to live a fulfilled life.
Personalised Care
Personalised care plans consider not only medical, personal and dietary needs, but also the individual’s likes and dislikes.
We also cater for religious preferences, and involvement from family members that might make their stay with us that little bit more personalised.
Senior Carers
Our Senior Care Team are all NVQ Level 3 qualified and medication trained.
They undertake Residents individual care plans to understand preferences and a life history of our Service Users to ensure the small details are captured that truly makes a difference.
Healthcare Team
Lound Hall ensures that all Residents receives person centred care. Our trained team will deliver care and support services that your loved one requires.
Collaboratively, we work alongside the multi-disciplinary teams to provide excellent primary care for all our residents.
Kitchen Team
The heart of the Home, our experienced Cooks create a seasonal Home cooked menu including freshly baked cakes and treats. Our belief in meal time experiences being central to the daily activities throughout the Home.
All preferences and allergen/dietary requirements are catered for. Relatives are encouraged to join their loved ones for meals in the Home (advanced notice required).
Social
The home’s care team create a family atmosphere, encouraging everyone to eat and celebrate special occasions together.
A lovely family room, two sitting rooms and dining area in which to relax, dine and socialise. A large, attractive garden with a patio, which is looked after by some of our Residents, is a popular spot to enjoy the company of friends and family for an afternoon.
Housekeeping Team
Our Team work tirelessly to keep the Home to a high level of cleanliness. Infection control and COSHH training is continually undertaken to keep everything as it should be, safe and clean!
